THE INSPECTION
A typical home inspection includes examinations of foundation, structure, roof structure, HVAC equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, built-in appliances, and exterior stucco where applicable. The purpose of the inspection is to determine whether various items of the property are working properly, or if they are in need of repair. Inspections during and at the completion of new home construction ensure that a contractor has fulfilled all of the specifications of a particular project. Typical on-site home inspections take 2 to 4 hours on average to perform plus our additional computer time compiling data and uploading the report ready for you to download. Also, we will provide hard copies of the report when requested.

Can a Building “FAIL” The Inspection?
No. A professional inspection is simply an examination into the current condition of the property to be inspected. The inspection is not an appraisal or a Municipal Code inspection. An inspector, therefore, will not pass or fail a building, but will simply describe its condition and indicate which items will be in need of minor or major repairs or replacement.
